Vampire Diaries - Measures.
Paying homage to the 24th outing for Britain's favourite special agent, here is Spectre Vectors. It includes resultant vectors, magnitudes of vectors and describing in terms of a and b. My GCSE class liked it anyway!
Ant-Man' Rates of Change.
Using the fact that Ant-Man shrinks and grows, I produced this calculus resource on rates of change. Two situations regarding Ant-Man's suit: surface area of the suit itself and the volume of the helmet.
Scooby and the gang are pursuing various ghosts/monsters on different curves but health and safety have visited Mystery Incorporated and told them the gradients that are safe to drive/slide along. Can you help Velma, Daphne, Fred, Shaggy and Scooby with these curvy conundrums?
Marvel-lous Two Way Tables.
The residents of Wetherfield's infamous street are have a few issues with data, namely scatter graphs and what they are telling them.
Can you help them out?

Baking Bad Season 1-Ratio and Proportion.
Help desperate Food Tech teacher Billy Black with his cake recipes before he's abducted by aliens. Clearly a play on the TV show, but an exercise in simple proportion using amounts of ingredients for recipes - the calculations get progressively more difficult
Baking Bad Season 2 - Surface Area and Volume
Please help William "Billy" Black calculate how much grease-proof paper he needs plus how much each cake tine can hold. The shapes go from cuboids to a cylinder to a hemisphere to a frustum, so you can start and finish where you like.
Baking Bad Season 3 - Solving Equations.
William Billy Black needs your help to work out how many cakes to put on each table at the various events he’s catering for. It’s an exercise in forming and solving equations. They get progressively more difficult and my initial thoughts is that I wouldn’t do it all at once but in three parts.
Breaking Bad Season 4 -Transformations.
Describe the transformations William "Billy" Black has use to place the cakes on the tables at the various events. There are 8 of them to describe, getting increasingly difficult. Answers are on the powerpoint only as I couldn't fit them on the worksheet.
Breaking Bad Season 5 - Data Handling
Help William "Billy" Black anaylise the data he has to see if he will make enough before his abduction by aliens. This includes reading pictograms, bar charts, pie charts, frequency polygons, finding three averages and estimating the mean. I'm sure you can all come up with other calculations/interpretations that they can make too!
